Hacking Generation Y and eBay are partnering up to host Israel's next big Hackathon! Welcoming 150 of the top young hackers to an app-building competition. Get ready to create viral apps with gamification, using eBay's API!
Get ready, the winner of the event will go home with $10,000! eBay will choose the most impressive app, utilizing gamification techniques and eBay's API, to award the top 3 prizes..

Check-in and Breakfast
Arrive at the venue no later than 10:30am to receive your badge and shirt. This is the time to finalize your teams!
11:00am - 12:30pm
Opening ceremony, introducing rules, prizes and sponsors.

Beginning the 27-hour marathon of developing.

You must stop developing, and will now have 30min to prepare your pitches for the Hunger Games round of judging.
6:00pm - 8:00pm
Expo Begins - Vote for your favorite team!
Two teams will automatically move to the finals. One through judges voting, the second through your votes!

Hacking Generation Y is an organization dedicated to promoting youth entrepreneurship around the world. This will be HackGenY's 7th event, after having organized Hackathons in California, Jamaica, India, London and Tel Aviv.
- Do I need to pay for this event?
Nope, It’s totally free! We’ll also take care of provide you with a the best food available and a place to sleep when you need a break from coding.

The event will start on November 13th, 10:00AM and will be end on November 14th, 8:30 PM. The event will be at Wix, Nemal Tel Aviv Street 40,Israel
